Eyal Gilboa holds an LL.B and a B.A. inBusiness Administration, both from the Hebrew Universityof Jerusalem. Before joining I&B Eyal worked with a leading law firm in Israel. Eyal specializes in corporate law, venture capital investments and M&A transactions. Eyal also provides ongoing legal counsel to the firm's corporate clients regarding their day-to-day business activities. His work includes drafting and negotiating a broad range of business and commercial contracts and providing advice on corporate and legal issues, as well as representing clients in a variety of corporate transactions.
