Eitan Israeli, a founding partner of Israeli, Ben-Zvi, holds an LL.B (hon.) from Sheffield University, Sheffield, UK. Eitan specializes in corporate finance and commercial and technology transactions, and devotes most of his time to emerging growth, high-tech companies from a wide rage of industries. Eitan advises high-tech companies in almost every aspect of their legal corporate affairs, including intellectual property, licensing, financing and employment matters. Eitan has extensive experience in venture capital investments gained through years of work in the field, and represents investors and companies in various private equity, mergers, aquisitions and other financing transactions. Eitan is married with three children, and resides in Israel.
