Menachem Gellman is a graduate of the Commercial Division at the Bar-Ilan University Law School (LL.B.).
Menachem worked in leading Israeli law firms where he gained significant experience in commercial, business and corporate law. Over the years Menachem gained vast experience in supporting various companies, including public ones, in the full range of their legal affairs, and was involved in many different sorts of commercial transactions and legal procedures. Menachem has specialized and has gained vast experience in corporate law, securities, M&A transactions, commercial agreements, labor law, venture capital investments and intellectual property, and has the required abilities to provide full and comprehensive legal counseling services. Menachem is married with four children and resides in Petach-Tikva, Israel. |
