Michal Harel-Cohen holds a B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) in Communication from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA and an LL.B. from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzeliya, Israel. Michal has specialized in corporate law, labor law, venture capital investments and intellectual property. Michal is coordinating our services related to Employee Incentive Plans and is responsible for the filing of plans and reports with the ITA and other related activities. In addition, Michal gained significant experience in corporate-governmental relations.  Before Michal turned to the legal profession, she served as an account manager and supervisor in several leading marketing firms in Israel, participating in the strategizing and planning of numerous marketing campaigns, with a special focus on high-tech companies. Michal is married with two children and resides in Israel.
