Shani Gan-El, Advocate
Shani Gan-El holds an LL.B and a B.A. in communication, both from HaifaUniversity. Before joining I&B Shani worked with a leading law firm in Israel.  Shani is focusedon intellectual property matters and provides ongoing legal counsel to the firm's corporate clients regarding their day-to-day business activities, including drafting and negotiating a broad range of business and commercial agreements and providing advice on corporate, IP and various legal issues, as well as representing clients in a variety of commercial transactions.
