Omer Ben-Zvi, Advocate – Partner & Co-Founder
Omer Ben-Zvi, a founding partner of Israeli, Ben-Zvi, holds an LL.B. (hon.) from the Anglia University, Essex, UK, and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1994. Prior to founding Israeli Ben-Zvi, Omer worked in several leading Israeli law firms where he gained significant experience in commercial litigation, business and corporate law. Eitan Israeli, Advocate - Partner & Co-Founder
Eitan Israeli, a founding partner of Israeli, Ben-Zvi, holds an LL.B (hon.) from Sheffield University, Sheffield, UK. Eitan specializes in corporate finance and commercial and technology transactions, and devotes most of his time to emerging growth, high-tech companies from a wide rage of industries. Eitan advises high-tech companies in almost every aspect of their legal corporate affairs, including intellectual property, licensing, financing and employment matters. Eitan has extensive experience in venture capital investments gained through years of work in the field, and represents investors and companies in various private equity, mergers, acquisitions and other financing transactions. Michal Harel - Cohen, Advocate-Partner
Michal Harel-Cohen holds a B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) in Communication from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA and an LL.B. from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzeliya, Israel. Michal has specialized in corporate law, labor law, venture capital investments and intellectual property. Michal is coordinating our services related to Employee Incentive Plans and is responsible for the filing of plans and reports with the ITA and other related activities. In addition, Michal gained significant experience in corporate-governmental relations. Before Michal turned to the legal profession, she served as an account manager and supervisor in several leading marketing firms in Israel, participating in the strategizing and planning of numerous marketing campaigns, with a special focus on high-tech companies. Michal is married with two children and resides in Israel. |

Ofer Dekel, Advocate-Partner
Ofer Dekel graduated from Tel Aviv University School of Law, Tel Aviv, Israel (LL.B. with honors, 1994), and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1995. Ofer is an expert in employment law. He worked and led the employment law department of some of Israel's leading corporate, securities and employment law firms. Ofer specializes in matters relating to both individual and collective labor law and employer-employee relationships, and the preparation, examination and updating of individual and collective employment contracts. He is highly experienced in the representation of corporate employers and their senior employees in disputes before the labor courts, arbitration and mediation panels and administrative tribunals. Ofer also advises clients on the labor law aspects of commercial transactions resulting in a change of control or employer, such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, asset purchase and share purchase transactions. In addition, he advises clients regarding confidentiality and non-compete undertakings, and the enforceability of such commitments. Ofer is a frequent contributor of articles to the Israeli press and regular updates and newsletters to clients on the latest developments in legislation, regulations and court decisions affecting employment law in Israel.
